20g/0.75oz garlic, finely chopped
400g/14oz can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
