Pancake

Delicious pancakes that can be made easily at home.
Preparation Time : 5 mins

Cooking Time : 10-15 mins

Ingredients:
  • Plain flour - 10 tblsp heaped or 250ml cup heaped
  • Egg medium - 2
  • Milk - 300ml
  • Butter - 5g (optional)
  • Vanilla/almond essence - 1 tsp
  • Butter/Oil - 25ml for frying (optional)

Method:
  1. Beat the eggs first with a hand blender. Add the milk and blend it.
  2. Add the flour one spoon at a time and mix it.
  3. After all the flour is added this way, blend it with hand blender.
  4. Add 5g of Butter if preferred and Vanilla essence to the batter and blend well.
  5. Leave the flour mix for atleast 15 mins to make the batter smooth.
  6. Heat a small frying pan on a stove.
  7. Pour a big scoop of batter to the pan and spread it.
  8. Add little oil or butter if you prefer.
  9. Cook for a minute.
  10. Turn it over and fry again for a minute.
  11. Repeat the above steps for the remaining pancakes.

Notes:
Pancakes taste better with lemon juice and sugar / Goldern syrup / Banana slices / Strawberry slices and cream / Chocolate spread.
