Prawn fry

Prawn fry is a side dish made with prawns and Indian spices. |

Ingredients: |

Prawn- 500g
-
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp levelled

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
-
Chilli powder - 1 tsp for medium spicy or 2 tsp for very spicy

Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
-
Oil - 5-6 tblsp

Coriander leaves - few
-
Lemon juice - 2 tsp (optional)

Salt - to taste

Method: |

Chop coriander leaves.

Combine prawns, turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt and ginger-garlic paste and leave it aside for about 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan on a medium heat.

Add all the prawns, stir and cook for about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the prawns from the pan and switch off the heat.

Sprinkle over the lemon juice if you want.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
