Banana Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

    Juice from 1 lemon
    2 small bananas
    100g/3.5oz coconut cream

Method:
  1. Peel & chop the banana, then place in a blender with the lemon juice and coconut cream from your can of full fat coconut milk. Blitz until smooth and delicious.
