Peanut Butter Oatmeal Mugcake

Ingredients:

    90g/3oz peanut butter
    30g/1oz oatmeal
    1 egg
    15ml/0.5fl oz maple syrup

Method:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug. Stir well.
  2. Cook for a minute in the microwave, in 30-second intervals.
