Banana Soya Milk Smoothie

Ingredients:

    1 large banana
    120ml/4fl oz orange juice
    240ml/8 fl oz soya milk

Method:
  1. Peel and chop the banana, then place in a blender with the soya milk and orange juice. Blitz until a smooth consistency is reached.
