Ingredients:

    140g/5oz frozen raspberries
    235ml/8.5fl oz almond milk
    260g/9oz frozen cherries
    1 tsp. honey (or maple syrup)
    1/2 tsp. grated ginger
    1 tbsp. chia seeds
    Juice from 1 lemon

Method:
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and delicious!
