4 Tbsp semolina/rava/sooji
-
2 Bowl milk
-
4 Tsp sugar
-
1 Tsp ghee
-
1 Tsp elaichi powder(cardamom)

Dryfruits

Method: |

Add 1 Tsp ghee in kadai.
-
Roast rava/sooji well until it gets light brown.
-
Pour milk in it.
-
Now add sugar.
-
Let it boil for 5 mins.

Add elaichi powder & mix well.
-
Decorate kheer with dryfruits.
Now, Serve this healthy sweet dish rava/sooji kheer.
