Italian Pasta Salad

Light and easy pasta for family or get-togethers!
Preparation Time : 10 mins

Cooking Time : 15-20 mins

Serves : 12-15

Ingredients:

    1 bag Rotini pasta (you can use any kind of pasta you want)

    1 cup diced or sliced carrots

    1 cup chopped celery

    1 can black olives (you can leave whole or slice them)

    1 medium white onion chopped

    1 bottle Italian Salad Dressing

Method:
  1. Cook pasta until about 2 minutes from "done" this time will depend on the type of pasta. You don't want the pasta to completely cook, as it will soak up some of the dressing and you don't want the pasta to get soggy.

  2. Once your pasta is done, chill for about 15-30 minutes.

  3. Take all of the other ingredients and add them all at once to a large bowl with the cooked pasta. Then pour in about half the italian dressing and mix. A bowl with a lid works well so that you can shake it up. Add more dressing according to taste and how much you would like.
Notes:
Goes well with grilled food in the summer time, you can throw in grilled chicken to make a small meal. Yon can also add green peppers, cherry tomatoes, and cheese cubes.
