Grilled prawns
Grilled prawns is a dish made of prawns and garlic that can be served as a tasty appetizer for prawn lovers.

Ingredients:
King Prawns with shell- 300g
Garlic - 6-8 big cloves - crushed
Lemon juice - 3 tblsp
Olive oil - 3 tblsp
Ground pepper - 1 tsp for medium spicy or 2 tsp for a bit more spicy
Chopped coriander/parsley leaves - 2 tsp (optional)
Salt - to taste
Method:
Chop coriander/parsley leaves.
Combine prawns, crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, ground pepper and salt. Leave it aside for 10-15 minutes.
Heat a grill.
Place all the prawns as a single layer in the big oven-proof dish.
Place the dish under the grill.
Grill on one side for about 2-3 minutes.
Take the dish out of the oven and turn over the prawns.
Grill on the other side for about 2-3 minutes.
Remove prawns from grill.
Place them on a serving dish.
Garnish with coriander/parsley leaves.
Notes:
If each prawn without the head is longer than 2 inches, then grill it longer for few minutes more.
