Grilled fish is a healthy and tasty dish grilling the fish with lemon juice, olive oil and garlic.

Ingredients:
Mackerel/Rainbow Trout/Seabass each weighing about 300g - 2
Garlic - 5 big cloves - crushed
Lemon juice - 3 tblsp
Olive oil - 2 tblsp + 2 tblsp while grilling
Ground pepper - 1 tsp for medium spicy or 2 tsp for bit more spicy
Chopped coriander/parsley leaves - 1 tblsp
Red chilli - 1 (optional)
Salt - to taste
Method:
Deseed the chilli and cut it into small pieces; Chop coriander/parsley leaves.
Slit the fish few times on both sides.
Combine crushed garlic, 3/4s of the chopped herb, chilli, lemon juice, olive oil, ground pepper, and salt to make a marinade.
Marinate the fish with the above marinade. Make sure that the marinade is added to the slits that were made in the fish.
Leave it aside for about 15-20 minutes.
Heat a grill.
Place the fish in the big oven-proof dish.
Brush the top of the fish with plenty of olive oil.
Place the dish under the grill.
Grill on one side for about 5-6 minutes.
Take the dish out of the oven and turn over the fish; Brush the top of the fish with olive oil again.
Grill on the other side for about 5-6 minutes.
Remove the fish from grill.
Place them on a serving dish.
Garnish with the remaining herb.
Notes:
If the fish is smaller, reduce the grilling time by 2-3 minutes. If the fish weighs more than 300g each, then increase the grilling time by 2-3 minutes.
