Carrot Halwa prepared this way can be served as a yummy dessert.

Ingredients: |

Carrots - 750g
-
Sugar - 200g
-
Milk - 150ml
-
Ghee/Butter - 80g
-
Blanched and sliced Almonds - 20g or 20-22 for decorating

Method: |

Shred the carrots finely.

Cook them with half the milk given for about 5-6 minutes.

Heat a pan and add Ghee/butter.
-
Add cooked carrots,sugar and rest of the milk.

Stir it until it becomes halwa consistency.
-
Decorate it with nuts.
