Spicy way of enjoying the fried chicken
Preparation Time : 5 mins

Cooking Time : 20-30 mins

Serves : 5-6

Ingredients:
  • Boneless Chicken - 500g - cut into small pieces
  • Green Chilli - 6 (optional)
  • Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tblsp heaped
  • Breadcrumbs - 250g
  • Egg - 2
  • Oil - 300ml for frying
  • Salt - to taste

Method:
  1. Grind the chillies into a smooth paste.
  2. Add this ground paste, ginger-garlic paste and salt to the chicken pieces.
  3. Heat the frying pan and add about 3-4 tablespoon of oil.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan, stir, cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Beat the eggs well and keep it in a bowl aside.
  6. Keep the breadcrumbs on a plate.
  7. Coat few of the cooked chicken pieces with egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry them in oil until golden brown.
  8. Do the above step repeatedy until all the chicken pieces are fried.
