Egg Omlette

Indian way of making a spicy and tasty egg omlette. |

Ingredients: |

Egg medium - 4
-
Onion small - 1
-
Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp
-
G.Chilli - 2
-
Ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
-
Salt - to taste

Oil - 3-4 tblsp

Method: |

Chop the onion and chilli into fine shreds.

Add turmeric powder, ground pepper and salt to the chopped onion and mix well.

Beat all the eggs well and add the finely spiced onion and chilli. Beat well.

Heat a frying pan on a stove. Add oil.

Separate the egg mixture into two.

Pour half of the egg mixture to the pan.

Fry on both sides. Take care when turning it over. When the omlette is ready, cut into 4 triangles and set aside on a serving plate.

Repeat the previous 2 steps for the remaining egg mixture.

Goes well with Rice and any curry. It can be added to any meal to make it special. |
