Chicken Tikka Kebabs

Preparation Time : 45-60 mins

Cooking Time : 10-15 mins

Serves : 3-4

Ingredients:

    4 chicken breasts
    2 cloves of garlic, crushed
    6 tbsp. natural yoghurt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp.chili flakes
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. fresh grated ginger

Method:
  1. Add all the ingredients (except for the chicken) to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Chop the chicken breasts into small chunks.
  3. Marinate the chicken in the yoghurt mixture and leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  4. Place the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill until the chicken is cooked (approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally).
  5. Serve with chopped red onion and tomatoes!
