Cheezy potato balls

Serves : 1

Ingredients:

    FOR STUFFING:

    Boiled potatoes small- 4-5

    Cheddar cheese - 75g

    Garlic chilli paste - 1 tsp

    Black pepper ground - 1/2 tsp

    Salt to taste

    Corn flour - 2-3 tsp

    Breadcrumps - 2 tblsp

    Mix herbs - 1 tsp

    Coriander leaves

    FOR SHALLOW FRY:

    Oil-3-4 tblsp

    FOR SERVING:

    Tomato sauce or chutney

Method:
  1. Take a bowl, add boiled potatoes and mash them.
  2. Add black pepper, salt and chilly garlic paste.
  3. Add grated cheese; Add corn flour and bread crumbs to it for binding.
  4. Add mix herbs and chopped coriander leaves; Mix well.
  5. Now the stuffing is ready.
  6. Make round balls out of the stuffings.
  7. Take 3-4 tblsp of oil in pan.
  8. Once the oil is hot, add balls for shallow fry.
  9. Fry the cheese balls until it gets pinkish red.
  10. Now its ready to serve.
  11. Serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
Notes:
Along with potatoes, Carrot or Green beans can be used.
