Fried salmon taste very good as the aromatic flavous of lemon juice and garlic were added.

Ingredients:
Salmon fillets - 500g
Garlic - 3 big cloves - crushed
Lemon juice - 2 tblsp
Ground pepper - 1 tsp
Sunflower oil - 3 tblsp
Salt - to taste
Chopped parseley leaves - 1-2 tsp (optional)
Method:
Combine crushed garlic, lemon juice, ground pepper and salt to make a marinade.
Marinate the fish with the above marinade.
Leave it aside for about 8-10 minutes.
Heat a shallow frying pan on the stove.
Add oil. When the oil is hot enough, fry the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side on a medium heat. Cover it with a netted lid or any lid and let it ajar to let the steam out.
Place them on a serving dish.
Garnish with parsley leaves.
Notes:
Salmon can be replaced by any solid white fish. This dish goes well with mashed or boiled potatoes, white sauce and Fried green beans / <a href="/courgette-stirfry">courgette stirfry</a>.
