Fried Boiled Egg

Indian way of making a spicy boiled egg. |

Ingredients: |

Eggs medium - 4
-
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
-
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
-
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp (optional)

Salt - to taste
-
Coriander leaves chopped - 1/2 tblsp to garnish

Oil - 3 tblsp

Water - required to boil the eggs

Method: |

Boil the eggs for about 8-10 mins.

Let it cool and remove the shell.

Cut each egg into half.

Heat a frying pan on a stove. Add oil.

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and a pinch of salt.

Put the yolk side of boiled egg halves to the pan.

Fry on both sides.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
