Spicy Fish Fry 2

Spicy fish fried in the different south indian style. |

Ingredients: |

Any White Fish - 1/2 kg cut into 2-3 cm thick slices

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
-
Crushed pepper - 1 tsp
-
Lemon juice - 4 tblsp
-
Crushed garlic - 2-3 tsp
-
Oil for frying

Salt -as required

Method: |

Wash and soak the fish in turmeric powder, crushed pepper, crushed garlic, lemon juice and salt for about 10-15 mins.

Heat a shallow frying pan on the stove and add half the oil. If the fish has got small bones, then it is better to deep fry.

After a minute, add as many pieces of fish on the frying pan.

Fry for about 4-5 mins on a medium heat on one side.

Turn them over and fry for about 4-5 mins on a medium heat on the other side.

Remove them from the pan.

Repeat the above process for any remaining fish.
